You don’t need to be in the same room to receive the energy of Reiki. You simply need to be open to receiving.
Distance Reiki allows you to experience the calm and restorative space of a Reiki session from the comfort of your own home wherever that may be.
You could be across town, across the country or on the other side of the world. Distance doesn’t need to be a barrier to receiving the energy of Reiki.
How does a Distance Reiki session work?
Your appointment lasts 60 minutes and is divided into three parts.
We begin with a 10-minute phone call where we can check in, talk about how you’re feeling and discuss anything you would particularly like support with during your session.
You then have 40 minutes of Distance Reiki.
All you need to do is choose somewhere comfortable where you won’t be disturbed. You can lie down or sit somewhere supportive, whichever feels best for you. Make yourself warm, cosy and comfortable, put your phone on silent and keep some water nearby.
From the Sanctuary, I conduct your Reiki session using the same gentle, chakra-focused approach that I use during an in-person treatment.
There is nothing you need to make happen and nothing you need to feel. Simply give yourself permission to switch off, rest and allow yourself the space to receive.
If you do experience any sensations or emotions during your session, there is no need to worry. Simply allow your experience to unfold naturally and we can talk about it afterwards.
We then reconnect for a 10-minute phone call to discuss how you feel and anything you noticed during your session.
Some people notice their experience during Reiki itself, while others may become more aware of how they feel afterwards. Every Reiki experience is individual.
And yes… pyjamas are positively encouraged.
Full session - 60 Minutes - £50 to be paid at the time of booking.
