What happens after you book

Once your booking request is received, I will personally confirm your appointment and provide any additional information you may need before your visit.

Sessions take place in a private, home-based therapy space in Lowestoft, designed to offer a calm, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Deposit

A £25 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made via phone, text, email, or contact form. A £25 deposit is required to secure your booking. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

Payments

Payment is required at the start of your session via cash or bank transfer. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours’ notice is required.
• Less than 24 hours: 50% deposit retained
• No-show: 100% deposit retained

Health & Wellbeing

Treatments support wellbeing and do not replace medical care. Please disclose relevant health conditions.

Confidentiality

All personal information is kept strictly confidential.

Treatment Approach

Sessions may include Reiki, crystal healing, and meditation. Experiences vary per individual.

Access

Therapy room access involves stairs. Please enquire if needed.

Age Policy

Under 18s require consent.
